Institutional partners and local authorities
- Rennes Métropole: Greater Rennes is an urban community responsible for the general overseeing of the Science & Technology Park. It is the prime source of funding for the Rennes Atalante Association and its management of economic development and technology provides support for high-tech companies, higher education and scientific research.
- Conseil général d'Ille-et-Vilaine: Ille-et-Vilaine "County Council" co-finances the Rennes Atalante Association. It takes action to strengthen existing centres of excellence and develop new technologies.
- Conseil régional de Bretagne: Brittany Regional Council takes part in the funding of work to support business start-ups through Rennes Atalante. It also provides support for young technology companies assisted and monitored by the Park.
- Saint-Malo Agglomération: The agglomeration of Saint-Malo joined forces with the Rennes Atalante science park to create the Rennes Atalante Saint-Malo park site, and to welcome young innovative companies.
- Ministère de la Recherche: France's Ministry of Research provides some of the funding for the Emergys business incubator.
- DRRT: (Délégation régionale à la recherche et à la technologie) this regional research and technology agency is involved in the promotion and expansion of research and development, in increasing corporate awareness of its results and in monitoring technology transfer centres.
- Oseo Bretagne: this agency promotes and assists in corporate growth through innovation.
- Drire: this agency assists with industrial and technological development by monitoring personal safety and environmental conservation.
- Rennes Chamber of Commerce and Industry: the Chamber works with companies to provide optimum conditions for their development.

The network of Science & Technology Park sites in Brittany
Rennes Atalante co-operates with the other six science & technology parks in Brittany i.e. Lannion Anticipa, Lorient Technopole Innovations, Zoopôle in Saint Brieuc, Technopôle Brest-Iroise, Quimper Cornouaille and Vannes Technopole.

"Les Matinales" are talks and debates held monthly on a working breakfast basis. They focus on a subject in the news and, on average, attract 85 people from the scientific and industrial sectors.
