Grants from local authorities for property investment and employment in the R&D sectors.

Rennes Métropole and Ille-et-Vilaine "County Council" each provide a grant per research job created in the private sector. This grant is designed for private research centres creating at least 10 jobs in 3 years.

Advances repayable over 7 years at a preferential rate (Brittany Regional Council, Conseil régional de Bretagne).

Grants are given on a one-off basis by local and territorial agencies

L'Oséo Anvar can also finance R&D projects.
