Nutrialys Médical Nutrition, which specialises in medical nutrition for cancer patients or patients suffering chronic pain, has recently signed an equity and commercial partnership agreement with Triballat Noyal (brands: Sojasun, Vrai etc.)
Triballat Noyal is taking a minority shareholding in Nutrialys Médical Nutrition, a young company that is about to market a new nutritional supplement called Prostaphane, developed by Triballat Noyal. It is the first plant-based sulphoraphane dosed at 10 mg. The compound, which is present in brassicas such as broccoli or cauliflower, has properties that keep the prostate in good health. The partnership agreement is based on the shared conviction that diet will play an increasing role in health, on the complementary nature of the companies’ individual sectors of business and on the same commitment to high-quality, tasty, natural products.
By increasing its capital by 1.4 million euros, the current shareholders and new investors from the food-processing industry are providing Nutrialys Medical Nutrition with additional financial resources that will enable it to develop a new generation of products and accelerate its commercial deployment in France and other countries. In fact, Nutrialys entered the international market in 2011.
The company’s therapeutic approach, based on food with a low polyamine content, was selected by the American Society of Clinical Oncology. The results of a phase II clinical trial for patients with prostate cancer has recently achieved international scientific acknowledgement, proving to practitioners the benefits of Nutrialys Medical Nutrition products for patients.
